KPS experts have mapped all core and customer interaction processes for specific industries end-to-end on the KPS Instant Platforms.
The platforms are based on best practices of experienced consultants. All business scenarios of the operative core business are included, including all customer-related interactions in commerce, marketing, sales and service. Up to 85 percent of the best practice processes already implemented can be adopted directly in the standard. This saves companies time and costs during the transformation and allows them to concentrate resources on those processes that represent a real added value and business advantage.
