Co-founder and the UK Commercial Director of KPS Digital, Barnaby Moffat has driven rapid growth in the business leading to KPS becoming one of the most successful and most awarded SIs in e-commerce and Customer Experience solutions. Responsible for commercial strategy and the KPS UK business demand division, as well as company positioning and technology vendor partnerships.
Barnaby has over 20 years experience in building relationships with companies looking to bring to life their digital ambitions and leap forward years in their digital maturity.
Tim Hillman is Chief Technical Officer at KPS and has overall responsibility for leading the delivery function of our CX practice. Tim has a background of over 20 years delivering high quality, secure and performant CX applications for a range of global brands, online and high street retailers, Premier League football clubs, financial organisations as well as several other vertical industries. Tim also leads the Service Delivery, DevOps and SecOps departments ensuring quality and best practice are key principles to the way that KPS work.
Head of Delivery
Jennifer Duthie is Head of Delivery at KPS. Before leading the KPS delivery teams, she had over 10 years of Programme Management experience on global E-commerce digital transformation projects across many industries, including travel, Consumer Products, B2B, B2C, FMCG, Life Sciences, Recruitment, Publishing and Education. Jennifer specialises in leading process and structure improvements to deliver at pace and scale. She has built a solid track record of driving success in particularly challenging and complex projects and is often deployed on 'turnaround' programmes.
Head of Business Development
Jude Neill has 20 years of experience in business development and marketing for professional services and B2B companies. She specialises in helping companies to grow through winning new clients and nurturing existing ones. Jude has worked both in house and as a consultant in the technology, legal and property sectors.
As Head of Business Development at KPS, Jude leads the UK sales and marketing team. She works closely with our consultants on developing engaging and compelling products and services that better meet the needs of clients and prospects.
Head of People and Culture
Steph joined KPS in 2015, she leads all our people operations and sets the tone for what working at KPS UK feels like for new and existing colleagues. After graduating with a degree from Bournemouth university she spent over a decade, agency side running 1000-person international events and product launches, for major global brands like GSK, Pfizer and Land Rover.
She has a natural gift for organising, leading with empathy and is at the heart of championing our inclusive culture and creating a fantastic employee experience all whilst injecting the fun. When Steph isn't up scaling our operation, driving our people strategy, employee engagement, capability and performance or organising our regular wellbeing program and socials, she can be found on long walks with an audio book or podcast, if the steps aren't on the watch they don't count!
Head of CX Consulting
Throughout his career, Nick Mason has built up over 20 years of business analysis and consulting experience, working for brands including John Lewis, Alliance Boots and The White Company.
Beginning his career on an IT graduate scheme, he built a strong knowledge of business analysis, systems analysis and software design. Moving onto a range of senior management positions, Nick developed a clear collaborative style and exceptional interpersonal skills whilst building his workshop facilitation expertise.
Now Head of CX Consulting at KPS, Nick draws from his experience on over 75 different projects to oversee the consulting and business analysis practices, which provides our clients with services to help them transform and grow their businesses.
Head of Development and Architecture
Simon Holmes is the Head of Development and Architecture at KPS and has over a decade of experience in software delivery experience. Starting his career as a software developer, Simon has moved through various roles within the industry, holding positions such as technical lead and technical architect.
Simon’s current role focuses on how KPS deliver technical aspects of their projects. He ensures best of breed architectural approaches and efficient processes are being used whilst consulting with organisations on how to get the most out of their e-commerce platform. Having been part of many SAP Commerce deliveries, Simon has a deep knowledge of the technology and a great understanding of the best practices to follow during implementation and beyond.
Head of treats
Alfie became a part of the KPS team when he was just a puppy and has become an integral part of the KPS office – it wouldn’t be the same without him. He spends most of his time meeting and greeting guests, hanging out in client meetings, snoozing under desks, or on the hunt for snacks. While it may seem like Alfie spends a lot of time sleeping on the job, he is an essential part of the team and our company culture.
