In other words, an app that is straightforward and intuitive to use, focuses on only the essential features, supports the user and simplifies complicated processes. The service app ‘Meine innogy’ offers all of this and has just, for the third year in succession, been voted ‘Most customer-friendly app 2019’ by FOCUS MONEY in the energy provider category. The app was developed by KPS, which was responsible for usability, in close cooperation with innogy.
