HOLY FASHION GROUP

Swiss-based Holy Fashion Group, marketers of the brands JOOP!, Windsor and Strellson, recognizes the need to be strategically well-positioned for the future. After migrating its existing enterprise resource planning to the SAP AFS solution, the Group identified a range of areas with optimization potential and launched a project to harness that potential. As part of an upgrade using the KPS Rapid Transformation® method, the Group laid the foundation for systematic change management. KPS provided the expertise for the Holy Fashion Group to position itself as a modern omni-channel company, harmonizing its processes for the wholesale, retail and online channels. The Group achieved its goal of end-to-end supply chain management by adopting an SAP-based solution for product development as part of an iPDM project (integrated product development).

As a result of the ongoing internationalization of its business model, Group sales increased by 3.4 percent compared to the same quarter of the previous year to 39.7 million euros (Q3 2015/2016: 38.4 million euros).
