Receiving the award again confirms the comprehensive know-how of KPS AG, which has been a strong partner for the retail industry for over 20 years. While KPS has been recognised for Retail & Consumer Products for several years in a row, this year was the first time that awards were added for CX and Processes & Life Sciences.
SAP's assessment is based on the group's diamond score model, which is used to evaluate partners' outstanding commitment.
